How To File A Refund
For maximum satisfaction of our customers, we accept the returns until 30 days after the order has been delivered. The return policy at

How my Returns are processed?

is dedicated to impress its customer with quality and accuracy. However, when we receive requests for customized jackets, there may be difference of understanding. To resolve this issue, we do offer free alteration service for first time.

As business owners, we want to satisfy and retain our customers for long time, therefore we take extra care and follow the minor details requested by the customer. However, sometimes the following differences may occur.

Following what is considered the best practice for online selling, we share the pictures of customized orders with our customers. This gives our customers a chance to review the final product and clear all doubts.
Sizing
For customized orders, our service will ask the customers for measurements. The customers are requested to provide these numbers after referring to our size guide. If size error still occurs, we facilitate you with free alteration option. We will alter and return the jacket after the buyer ships it back to us.
Refund
Refunds do not apply for custom orders. This is because the size and all details added to the jacket are according to client’s preference.

has free shipping for all over the world, no conditions applied. This means no min. order size and customers all over the world classify for free shipping. We process the order at earliest to deliver the product in standard expected time.
How long does it take to ship?
Items in our collection are shipped with 10 business days. In certain cases, it may take maximum 20 days for the jackets to reach the customers.
For custom orders, it may take up to 2-4 weeks when you pick measurements in our assorted styles. However, if you style your leather jacket yourself and order special details, in such cases it may take 8-12 weeks.
Countries where we do not ship are Russia, Israel, Iraq, Iran, India, Brazil and OFAC sanctioned countries. We have signed up with the worldwide recognized courier services like DHL, TNT, and FedEx to offer the most reliable shipping standards.
When the items will be delivered?
Courier services take about 3-5 business days to deliver the order to customer. We pick the most appropriate courier service to deliver the product.
Who Pays the Duty on international orders?
The delivery duty charges are paid by buyers. It is recommended to check with your country’s custom office to get details before buying.
No Delivery to PO box address?
We do not deliver to APO, PO Box and FPO addresses. At the time of delivery, signatures will be required for receiving the order.
Who may track the order?
At the time of dispatch, we send our customers the tracking number. From this point, the customer will directly contact the courier service to follow up. In case of delays or if the customer is unable to receive the order at scheduled time, customers will discuss it directly with the courier service. During the process of delivery, if it takes longer than usual (multiple attempts) to receive the order, the courier service might compromise the parcel, our company will take no responsibility in such situation.
How multiple items are delivered?
When a customer orders multiple jackets at the same address, we ship it in a single package. Items will be dispatched to address entered in the order form and after dispatch, the address may not be changed. However, you can contact courier service to ask for adjustments.
Receipt of Payment
Payment receipt will be sent to customers via email. Receipt of payment also means order confirmation.
